Gage, Holidays and Volleyball

Gage is a little stud puppy. Whole family is having a blast with him. Fun to see the kids and the dog run around laughing and barking and generally having a great time.
Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving and are looking forward to Christmas and New Years. Just put up our Christmas Tree yesterday. Had to go with a small tree and put it up a couple of feet so Gage doesn't shread it into sawdust.
All kinds of crazy rumors circulating in the beach volleyball world. What a cluster. The only sure thing is that there isn't a sure thing.

Todd-
Glad to hear the pooch and family are off to a great start. Let us know how many times he marks the tree as his territory. I just got back from the UMass vs BC Basketball game at the Boston Garden. We outnumbered their obnoxious fans 4-1 but UMass lost their first game of the year (7-1).

Can you comment on the tour that USA Volleyball is putting on? What about the Olympic Trials for the 2012 Games? And who is making all of the Tweets on Twitter using your name and account @ProfessorTodd?

As I have commented before the AVP used to have a "tie in" with the NFL Pro Bowl in Hawaii where there was a Beach VB tournament at the end of January. Great way to kick off the season. That should be revitalized. Anyway I am 8 Budweisers and 1 Kamikazee shot into my evening. My best to everyone on the blog. Scott - Cape Cod Mass

Todd,

Did you attend the meeting at Fuerbs where the PBVA was discussed? If so, what are you feeling and thoughts regarding this new organization?

Scott- Will do on the USAV stuff eventually. Probably will reference all tours.

TJ- I was not at the meeting but got the update from a couple of different people. It isn't a new organization just a re-organizing of an old (3 years) organization. And it hasn't yet been done but more being considered.
