Vacation

It's practically been a vacation for the last couple of weeks. First one in years. Did my normal workout stuff but was able to go camping with the family over this past weekend and get stuff done around the house that I never have time to do. Camping was awesome as we went way out into the sticks and explored all over the place. The garden is doing great since I have had time to take care of the weeds and water and what not. Hopefully the wife and daughter will take care of it while I am away. If so, come August I will have tons of veggies and fruit from the fruit trees ready to harvest. Tonight Nate and I are going to a Dodgers game with Nate's uncle and cousin. Phil and I are throwing out the first pitch. It is against the Oakland A's so Phil and I are going to see our trainer Bob Alejo. First time since last December that I will have seen him. I think we will get to watch batting practice and hopefully get down on the field. Kids should love that. Hopefully they can get a few autographs too.

Coming up is the AVP event in Ocean City, Maryland. Leave Thursday for that. Phil says it is a nice beach with deep sand. Should be fun. Follow that up by going to New York for a day to be on the Today Show. Not sure what the plan is there but should be a lot of fun. Leave NYC for Stavanger on Monday and get in on Tuesday for the World Championships. That tourney runs until July 5th. From there we go to the Grand Slam tourney in Gstaad, Switzerland. The mother country for Phil. Get home on the 13th of July only to gear up for Manhattan Beach and follow that with another Europe trip to Marseille, France and then Klagenfurt, Austria. Lot of travel and we shall see how the body but more importantly the mind holds up.

Happy Father's Day Todd. The humidity is extreme 500 miles up the coast from where you are in Maryland. Must be brutal there but looks like you are going thru the field like Rosie ODonell goes thru a box of donuts. For Father's Day my wife and daughters got me the Oakley Flak Jackets. I had them order them trhu Zappos.com. Tell your Oakley rep that you made a sale. Safe travels. We leave for Disney World on Tuesday....Scott from Cape Cod

Don't worry Todd and Phil...like everyone says its a long season...there are plenty more matches to lose to Sean and John.
Sean and John have BEATEN Phil and Todd the last 4 out of 5 games!!!!!
IN A ROW!!!!
Todd and Phil maybe you should consider showing up at Coney Island? You don't want to move further down in the Crocs cup do you?

DUDE! REALLY? GO FIND HYDEN'S BLOG. SHEESH.

DUDE, I can't find Hyden's blog...maybe because he doesnt have time to start one...he is too busy practicing to beat Phil and Todd consistently. Todd could you take a little time from your blog and interupt John and Sean's practice to let him know how to set up a blog? You obviously have more time on your hands than Sean and John.

Todd and Phil you should do really well in the Grand Slam event...since John and Sean are not there you might have a chance.

What a crazy weekend in OC, MD. The rain was insane, and the refs almost as bad (i.e,, red card you sustained from the blind up ref.)

All the best in Norway!

Ahhh yes Steve-O...blame the refs!

Scott- Happy Father's day to you. Glad you like the Oak's.

Steve H.- Glad you had a good time.

Steve O.- I agree that the rain was crazy. Fun though when the fans stayed and became louder.

Anonymous - If it were Jake and Rosy I would ask which Raider this was. They played great and deserved to win. Kudos to them and I wish them the best of luck in New York.

Margo- Good to hear things are going pretty well for you. Have you tried using Whey Protein? Phil and I use it religiously when we are on the road. I always tended to lose weight and then started taking a packet of Whey Protein a day to supplement my meals. I don't have to take as much now but when I was 30 I did. Try it out. Just make sure to check whatever you use on www.informedchoice.com to make sure that it is tested for illegal drugs. Maybe go to that website to see who they test and go buy some of that. It is expensive but worth it if you are having trouble keeping weight on. Good luck with everything.
